IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN EXCHANGE THROUGH THIS SYSTEM! THIS IS FOR ORDERS THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED. TO MAKE CHANGES TO AN OPEN (NOT SHIPPED) ORDER, EMAIL US AT: INFO@STUDIOHOUSEDESIGNS.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS.

You will be notified of the status via email once your return/exchange has been received and processed. We cannot accept goods that have been washed or worn (this doesn't include trying the item on). Items returned must be in re-sellable condition! This means that the items need to be sent back to us in exactly the same condition you received them in. If we receive your return/exchange covered in animal/human hair, with deodorant/make-up stains, or smelling strongly of perfume/smoke, we cannot resell the product(s) and you will not be granted an exchange/return for said product(s).

Because Studiohouse releases limited runs and preorders, we cannot accept returns longer than 60 days after the delivery date.

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH THE ORDER YOU RECEIVED AS THESE ARE CONSIDERED SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU RECEIVE A GARMENT THAT IS DEFECTIVE (HOLES/PRINTING MISTAKES) OR YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE/GARMENT, EMAIL US AT: INFO@STUDIOHOUSEDESIGNS.COM

Some products are final-sale meaning that they CANNOT be returned/exchanged. This includes posters and speciality items. While tiedyes are available to be returned/exchanged for a different size, they are NOT able to be exchanged due to pattern preference or small imperfections in the dye pattern. Tiedyes are handmade and are therefore one-of-a-kind. Our print shop and our team both quality check the garments and pull them at our discretion if the shirt is unwearable. 

At this time, we do NOT provide return shipping labels; it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping the item back to us (unless there was an issue with the garment you received as described above). In turn, we will ship the exchange back to the customer at our cost. In the case of a return for store credit, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the item minus any discounts used. We do not refund shipping in this case as this is a service that has already been rendered and cannot be recovered.
