You will be notified of the status via email once your return/exchange has been received. We cannot accept goods that have been washed or worn (this doesn't include trying the item on). Because Studiohouse releases limited runs and preorders, we cannot accept returns longer than 60 days after the original order date.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN EXCHANGE THROUGH THIS SYSTEM! THIS IS FOR ORDERS THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED. TO MAKE CHANGES TO AN OPEN (NOT SHIPPED) ORDER, EMAIL US AT: INFO@STUDIOHOUSEDESIGNS.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS.

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH THE ORDER YOU RECEIVED AS THESE ARE CONSIDERED SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU RECEIVE A GARMENT THAT IS DEFECTIVE (HOLES/STITCHING LOOSE/INK SPOTS) OR YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE/GARMENT, EMAIL US AT: INFO@STUDIOHOUSEDESIGNS.COM

At this time, we do NOT provide return shipping labels; it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping the item back to us (unless there was an issue with the garment you received). In turn, we will ship the exchange back to the customer at our cost. In the case of a return for store credit, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the item minus any discounts used. We do not refund shipping in this case as this is a service that has already been rendered and cannot be recovered.
