Shipping FAQ

We will ship orders out as soon as possible, however this will not always be the same day as your order; Studiohouse currently consists of only two people, so your patience with shipping is greatly appreciated.

In general, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a delayed processing time, it will be noted in the item description.

Preorders will be shipped as soon as we receive the product shipment, which can take up to 4 weeks. We do NOT guarantee delivery or shipment dates. If an item is considered to be a preorder, it will be noted in the item's description.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order. We are not responsible for guaranteeing any changes to shipping addresses. We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our shipments.

You will receive an automated email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If you cannot located the email confirmation, please contact us: (This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.)

Once your shipping label prints, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. Occasionally your label may be printed a few days before the item actually ships, please take that into consideration before assuming there is a problem with your order.

Studiohouse Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

You, the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.


We do ship internationally! International shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to be received.

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage
