Studiohouse will ship orders out as soon as possible, however this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a delayed processing time, it will be noted in the item description. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order. Pre-sale orders will be shipped around the time noted in the item description. We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our shipments.
You will receive an automated email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. Once your label prints, there is an automated email that is sent to let you know of the tracking number. Sometimes your label may print a day or two before the item actually ships, please take that into consideration before assuming there are problems with your order.
Studiohouse Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
You, the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We do ship internationally. International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
