PRINTING/SHIPPING UPDATES 6/29/2022:
Extraterrestrial Bundle: Alien, The Fourth Kind, Fire in the Sky, & Event Horizon - currently being tagged/folded/boxed. All orders containing these designs will be shipped by 7/9. These were delayed in print queue due to our print shop getting hit with COVID and then becoming backed up.
Summer Restocks: Jennifer's Body, Tetsuo: The Iron Man, The Lighthouse & The Ring - in print queue following Extraterrestrial Bundle. Should begin printing around 7/5.

In general, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing time on orders NOT containing preorder items. If we anticipate a delayed processing time (preorders) it will be noted in the item description and title. Studiohouse currently consists of only two people, so your patience with shipping is greatly appreciated.
Preorders will be shipped as soon as we receive the product shipment, which typically is around 4 weeks. If there is a delay in shipping, we will post about it on social media and update the above schedule. We do NOT guarantee delivery or shipment dates. If an item is considered to be a preorder, it will be noted in the item's description and title.
Orders will ship complete when the last item in your order is ready. This means if you order preorder items with non-preorder items, your order will not ship until the preorder items are ready. There is no exception to this, so please be aware before checking out.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order. We are not responsible for guaranteeing any changes to shipping addresses. We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our domestic shipments and Global Post (through USPS) for all international orders.
You will receive an automated email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If you cannot locate the email confirmation, please contact us: info@studiohousedesigns.com (This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.)
Once your shipping label prints, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Occasionally your label may be printed a few days before the item actually ships, please take that into consideration before assuming there is a problem with your order.
Studiohouse Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
You, the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
If you need to return/exchange your order, you absolutely can do that as long as the garment is not worn or washed. To initiate a return/exchange, please visit the return/exchange link. At this time, we do NOT provide return shipping labels; it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping the item back to us. In turn, we will ship the exchange back to the customer at our cost. In the case of a return for store credit, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the item minus any discounts used. We do not refund shipping in this case as this is a service that has already been rendered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally! International shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive once they’ve been shipped. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO THE UK BECAUSE OF BREXIT! If/when this changes, we will post an update on social media and remove the banner on our website.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY CUSTOMS/VAT FEES! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP AN EYE ON TRACKING.
